Hazy India Pale Ale • The Fancy Dance is an astonishing display of athleticism, precision, and flashy regalia performed at pow wows all over North America. Fancy Dance is our tribute to this cultural tradition — a juicy, hazy, New England Style IPA showcasing Citra, Mosaic and HBC 586 hops with a citrus and tropical fruit flavor profile as bright and powerful as its namesake.

Amber Ale • NDN Time is not measured by the clock nor the sundial. NDN Time is not measured at all. It’s more of a feeling. A sense of when things should occur. To live on NDN Time is to truly taste freedom. And freedom tastes smooth, medium-bodied and well-balanced, based on our award-winning NDN Time Amber Ale. There’s no time like the present… or whenever you get around to it.

Native Pilsner • Though it roams free on the reservation, the Rez Dog lives its best life running in a pack, just like its ancestors did. Our Rez Dog is a crisp, refreshing pilsner that’s also best enjoyed with friends: sharing stories, comparing war wounds, or simply taking a break from this dog-eat-dog world.

Belgian Style Wheat Beer • Mahaska, or White Cloud, was a leader of the Ioway People during a difficult time in the early 1800’s. This Belgian Style Wheat Beer is named in his honor. We brewed White Cloud with coriander and orange peel, then added orange zest after fermentation to create a unique freshness to the complex flavor profile.

Session India Pale Ale • Lighthorse IPA is a hazy, juicy and fruity session style IPA. At 5.1% ABV, this triple dry hopped beer is easy drinking and packed with hoppy goodness while leaving you with the ability to drink a few more. This beer is all about the hops. We used Simcoe, Comet and showcased an old favorite, Amarillo, in the dry hop.

Oatmeal Stout • The 49 is our take on a classic style. Brewed with flaked oats for a creamy full body, roasted barley for a slightly roasted coffee flavor and pale chocolate malt for that smooth chocolate taste. The 49 is named after our late night parties usually held in a secret location after powwows. This recipe originated with our founders late father and the story behind it became the inspiration for launching Skydance Brewing Co.

Flagship IPA • This is a double dry hopped version of our flagship IPA, Fancy Dance. Each version is double dry hopped with a different hop.

Fruited Milkshake IPA • A series of fruited milkshake IPA’s using a different fruit for each version. Look for a new batch every quarter.

Triple IPA • Skoden is a triple IPA series deriving its name from a slang term in Native American pop culture that simply means, “let’s go then!” For this series we’re pushing every aspect of hazy IPAs to the extreme to discover new and interesting hop combos and the grain bills that help push the flavors of those particular hops.
